Extremely slow in responses regarding policy changes. I purchased a new house and needed insurance for mortgage approval, I contacted them a week before I needed it and they got back to me 2 weeks later. I ended up getting insurance from another company within 12 hours. The advisor I’ve been dealing with was so unprofessional and sloppy that kept making mistakes and didn’t apologize after I pointed out multiple times.
