Extremely slow in responses regarding policy changes. I purchased a new house and needed insurance for mortgage approval, I contacted them a week before I needed it and they got back to me 2 weeks later. I ended up getting insurance from another company within 12 hours. The advisor I’ve been dealing with was so unprofessional and sloppy that kept making mistakes and didn’t apologize after I pointed out multiple times. I've been working with Linda DiNallo and her team for many years, and trust them completely. No matter how many questions we have, they always takes the time to explain and take us through our options. As a new homeowner at the time, this advice and care has been invaluable. Not only do we feel we've made the right decisions, but we're comfortable knowing they're always looking out for our best interests.
I received a renew package back in Sept 2023. I immediately called the Westland office in Vancouver, with multiple attempts but unable to reach a person. Left message to call back but never received a call back. Emailed them on Sept 26, 2023 to cancel the policy, never received a response. Now they are sending me emails and letters asking for a payment on a cancelled/never renewed policy.
