I lost everything, including ALL of my early NBCOT documents, when my house was destroyed. The ONE question I emailed them in 10 years ( and a couple of hundred dollars in renewal fees) went unanswered. What am I paying for ? Zero support.

Thieves. They didn't process my score transfer that I made with my initial application so now I'm paying $35 to get it done after wondering why it was taking so long.
AOTA was much better at more efficiently completing renewal for OT and COTA’s. NCBOT does not provide what AOTA always provided: national advocacy for OT at state and National Government Levels, consistent updated studies, research that impacted OT clinical knowledge shared with a monthly magazine, cost effective renewal policies, CEU requirements that align with OT and COTA’s current state licensure board. No translating CEUS INTO PDUS!! Mandatory Membership in NCBOT is expensive and I’ve had to at times, not renew with AOT... read more
