We needed parts for a very old ( more than 20 years ) blind. They helped us find replacement parts that were out of manufacture at no or little cost. I expected a "Sorry, can't help". But they went out of their way to help. That's what I call customer service !

I started with a different firm in the North Bay and I wish I had gone straight to National Blinds. The project would have been much easier for us!

Consistently outstanding value, quality and service spanning almost 20 years! I first bought large, remote-controlled motorized shades from National Blinds in 2004: 12' wide and 9' high, as well as a smaller manual set, which were still going strong in 2020 when I removed them for a remodel (and was even able to sell on Craigslist!) Yvonne helped me back in 2005 and was just an amazing sales professional and customer advocate, and luckily for me she was still there in 2021 when I needed new blinds.
