I need support with my phototherapy machine. I'm finding impossible to get a hold of someone there. I need to continue with my treatments and it's going to be impossible if I can't get some help! Awful customer service!
Very poor customer service with subpar communication.
So aa much as I would like to leave a positive review I can not. I'm a disabled woman who lives on A tight budget. Medicare approved it to pay most of it but my out of pocket cost is over $1200. I can't afford that. I wasn't approved for rhier credit card either. So I now live in pain & barraaement because I can't get the treatment I need. I cant take any of the biological meds due to melanoma last year. I can't understand how these companies can get away with this. It isn't right.
I have psoriasis and getting my uv light booth was easy but now I'm up for refills and have a code already to get some new bulbs. I cannot get a hold of the company filled out the online form 3 weeks ago and have left two voicemails already since noone wants to pick up my calls. I have not recieved a single call back. I am out of sessions and this is exhausting. If I had other options to go to I definitely would! Transparency! It took a bit for my insurance approval to come through but I received a phone call from a friendly customer service rep the day after I received the email notice the insurance approval came in. The rep clearly explained the cost of the unit, what my insurance was covering, what the premium add-ons the insurance was not covering were and why they were not covered, and what my out of pocket costs would be.
