Don't ever use this company if you can avoid it. You get a surgery or any legit medical services they will deny it and send you an email to prove it. Go to the ED if you a heart attack they will deny it until you prove it with multiple emails and calls. Horrible business. Please dont respond with your your AI respones. Trying to set up direct deposit information and the system needs to sends verification codes to do anything, which is fine. But these codes take over two hours to get and by then I need to log back in which requires a new code. I tried to contact the customer service line and the gentleman who answered can't understand me and I can't understand him. This has been very frustrating. I just want to access my money to get reimbursed for a medical bill. It shouldn't be this hard!!!!
This place is not a place where good-hearted people work.Or somewhere that anyone can consider a home or a safe living. environment they only care about their money and we'll kick you out over a ridiculous reason. Not even concerned that you might relapse if put back on the street within a moment's notice and will give you an hour to get your stuff and throw you right back out to the wolves. I appreciate how quickly NBS responded to my negative review. Within hours they were working on it, had called me, and we had a plan.
My issues aren't the fault of NBS, but only they can fix it and seem uninterested in doing so. If we don't keep calling them, nothing happens and no information is given. My retirement account was mis-labled when Nationwide sent it to them. We have tried many ways to fix the error so I can access my retirement account, but no one knows how to help and they keep sending me in circles. Embezzlement is a strong word, but acknowledging a mistake on an account and being "unable" to fix it, thus keeping me from my money is a serio... read more
