I had an account with Nationwide and needed a rollover service. They instructed that NBS would reach out to me. I received an email from NBS and their representative confirmed my identity, however the call felt sketchy so I emailed the listed representative, Amber. She reassured me that their rep was genuine and that the confirmation would ensure a quick rollover from Nationwide. She was correct and my funds were successfully transferred without complication. I feel bad for anybody who has to use this service or has a flex card through their work with them. These are the worst people to get a hold of. I can usually deal with an automated system but I had to call about four times and the automated system to finally get to talk to someone. They mess up everything on your account. Most the time if you get a hold of someone there's nothing they can do. If you move to a new address, good luck getting it corrected.
