About a year ago, I spoke with the most empathetic customer service person, and I thought we had my payment fixed. Apparently, something fell through the cracks. Yesterday, I spoke with a supervisor that is probably about to be fired. After being completely dismissed and discredited by him, I left a horrible review, and within 12 hours someone called me from the company fixing that problem. I've been trying to get this company to pay out for our HSA claim for TWO YEARS!!! There is literally no way to contact anyone except for the call center that doesn't seem very competent. I've been trying to find the executive team online for 30 minutes, and none of them are public. Can someone please help me?!?! I will gladly remove this scathing review if ANYONE at this company can actually get to the bottom of my $2k that they keep promising to pay me since my husband died in Feb 2024.
It is mind boggling that NBS boasts about their commitment to service. I, like many other reviewers, have had a very different experience. From their front facing servicing staff to the senior management, they do not have a pulse on what it's like to be on the receiving end of their "service." I have had their flex spending card every year for last few years. If I remember correctly this is our money that we are spending. We put the money into the account, so for them do deny a medical bill payment is insane. When I am using it for a full year and then reup again on Jan. 1st why would you deny prior year bills? Especially when there is proof it is a medical bill. I will not be using their services again after this year. I highly recommend finding a new company to work with.

They did not respond to my question, took several days to respond, and asked me to send my SSN over email before they would even look at my concerns.
