I was quite surprised at how much was going on at this bank it looked so small driving by but the welcoming and outgoing staff together made this a great experience .
Pleased with their service. I needed to sit down with a banker, explain my needs/desires, and ended up opening a high-interest CD account. Everyone I met was friendly and competent, and we were done in a short time. There are some things that just don't work well trying to do over the phone, this was one of them. I just refuse to put my money into banks that no longer support walk-in branches where customers can do business face-to-face and solve problems. Like the "good ol' days"!

We have recently moved from Montana and are definitely sorry we chose this bank. Just for a joint account for my husband and myself we have run into NUMEROUS problems, policies, and inadequate knowledgeable staff. We are DEFINITELY considering finding a different bank!!
