When we checked in and were asked what we needed assistance with, we explained that there were two things. The guy actually said, "I don't have time for both," and sort of blew us off - dumping us onto a new trainee who had to text and IM a mystery experienced employee while we were in her office to try to get answers. She was very nice, but it wasn't right of the trainer to just leave her on her own when she was obviously in over her head.
