I had a very bad experience with this particular branch. I had an issue with a lost check the teller misplaced and they told me they would get back to me by the end of the day and never did. I had to give them a call and Courtney said she never got to it. They weren’t even going to give me a courtesy call. I bank with another place too, so I will be closing my accounts and transferring everything to them.
BEWARE OF THEIR ARCHAIC ONLINE BANKING!!
They always call me by name and know my business. Keep up the good work ladies n gentleman!
I recommend that you stay away from this bank. Very bad experience here. There was a lot of confusion and waiting around.
