Three (yes 3) Management staff avoided contact and seemed too “rushed” to help front line staff find a resolution for me today. Not impressed. Front line consulted in back office and got no support even after over 45 minutes of waiting. Supposedly (over an hour later) I should be receiving “a call back”. I am grateful I do not bank at this institution and highly recommend Arizona Central Credit Union instead- who BTW had a resolution in less than 15 minutes with most our their management on vacation!!
Tried switching my business account to National Bank of Arizona and they have a policy against "external transfers to other accounts" My other account is at Wells Fargo. I started depositing my checks at NBAZ and I needed to transfer funds back to my other account to cover some auto pay payments. Guess what, that service is completely unavailable. I have no problems with that service at my other bank. Guess I'm sticking with them since NBAZ has made this situation so inconvenient. If you have a small business, I would highly... read more
