The worst bank. I have used many. Customer service is non existent. The amount of time you have to use to do the most basic tasks is truly unimaginable.
I had a disappointing experience with one of the tellers during a recent visit. She asked where I had purchased my home, and when I told her, she responded, “Oh gosh… ohh. Well I guess there’s some pockets that are good.” I was taken aback by the comment. Buying a home is a significant milestone, and I was proud to share that. I went to this location few weeks ago to get a cheque and Claudia was very attentive and kind. I was really grateful and happy she was the one helping me, because from what I’ve seen, the other staff was not as friendly.
