I was disappointed with the service during my recent visit. I came in for a simple PIN reset on my card, but the experience was anything but efficient. Incompetent and slow, only fit for handling tiny sums—and I mean truly tiny. Try depositing anything substantial, and you're treated like a criminal. Staff linger outside smoking and gossiping about customers. Pandeirada lives up to her name: all noise, no depth. They hold funds longer than needed, not out of policy, but for control. This branch is run by small minds playing power games. A place like this doesn’t protect your money—it feeds on it. Avoid.
