Very bad customer service, and very bad experience
Perhaps Owning a National Bank credit card has been a very negative experience for my family. When we went over our credit limit, we had received repeated phone calls and letters threatening legal action instead of constructive solutions. This continued even while a family member was seriously ill from an infection and still recovering. We understand banks must enforce policies, but the lack of empathy and the aggressive approach have been extremely distressing. This branch helped me obtain exactly what I needed. Andre in particular went out of his way to assist with my request immediately. So thankful for their quick response.
I wouldn’t normally leave a review on a bank but I felt it necessary after meeting with advisor, Mary Ann. I have never interacted with a bank employee as approachable, transparent, patient and helpful as her. Would definitely recommend anyone to go to her with any of their banking needs!
Do not go by the time showing on here. It's 4:30 p.m. & I rushed to get her as it said they were closing at 5:00 p.m. And guess what? They were closed.
