Andre Amorim has been immensely helpful in sorting out dinosaur like bank tactics and poor service from other departments across NBC. He has been very clear and concise in his descriptions of how to resolve problems. Even helping sort out things from other departments. One of the best banking experiences I have had. He is on call to help and I would recommend anything complex from a technical perspective or back end perspective run through him. Thanks for the help.
Very bad customer service, and very bad experience
Perhaps Owning a National Bank credit card has been a very negative experience for my family. When we went over our credit limit, we had received repeated phone calls and letters threatening legal action instead of constructive solutions. This continued even while a family member was seriously ill from an infection and still recovering. We understand banks must enforce policies, but the lack of empathy and the aggressive approach have been extremely distressing.
