Do not go by the time showing on here. It's 4:30 p.m. & I rushed to get her as it said they were closing at 5:00 p.m. And guess what? They were closed.
I was having troubles with National Bank and being given the run around to no solutions. 1 call from Ramesh @ this branch and everything got sorted out. Over and above excellent service 👌.
Terrible experience. Been here for years and I was recently pre-approved for a credit card. Came in, signed all the forms, and was told to wait. Weeks passed and nothing. Returned to see what the holdup was and the lady there kept saying that she would call and find out what the problem is. Nothing ever happened. I finally called myself (I should've earlier) and the problem was fixable. Useless bank tellers to say the least. Will be switching to BMO or RBC when I get the chance.
Madiha was extremely exceptional and very awesome. I recommend any one to deal with her because she will go above and beyond to resolve your issue as well as make you feel at ease.
