This review is solely for Rajat Bhola - Advisory Centre Manager at this branch. He is an exceptional professional who has guided me and promptly assisted me with my financial needs related to my assets at National Bank. I highly recommend him because of his financial acumen, superior customer service and overall demeanor as a very helpful human being. I have struggled at other National Bank locations related to overall branch operations so hopefully they take notice and fix it.
Thursday's online showing 7 pm and there closed 5pm
You know there are serious problems when the review ratings are so low meaning customer dissatisfaction ignored and not addressed. I needed some questions answered regarding service fees for services I am not using. I figured a simple phone call would do the trick. After only able to get an anwering machine I left messages that go unreturned. This isn't the first time this has happened but I feel I needed to leave a review this time

“Don’t open an account with this bank. I tried to open one online, but they never sent me a debit card and still charged me. When I called to cancel, they made me book an appointment and said I had to visit the Hamilton branch to resolve it. Nobody helped me, and the customer service was terrible. Very disappointing experience.
