Pretty awesome staff, completely changed my mind about National bank. I may be back and thank you for helping me.
Absolutely useless customer service. If you have any other option I suggest exhausting those before doing anything with this bank . I was lucky enough to find one person who knew what they were doing and acted like a human being , other then that, every single in-person, phone and chat was useless
Call the customer service line two weeks ago, and the agent confirmed that NB miss the offer $50 to me , and it would be reimbursed for me within two weeks; two weeks after, nothing happened to my bank account , I called again, and another agent couldn’t solve and answer any questions, and keep interrupting me, and hung up my call , that’s not professional at all
Today, I really want to say a big thank you to Asha. She provided such a outstanding customer service, and she did that, with kindness and efficiency. Today, Asha helped saving one unhappy customer and made me happy again working with the National bank! Thank you again Asha, and hope to see you soon again!
