If you are disabled and need a one-time withdrawal for emergency funds from your RDSP, National Bank is not for you. I have been waiting for over a week and have been told to be patient, while I do not have money for food. The staff at the call centre do not seem to know what needs to be done, and do not have any sense of urgency. It's like dealing with an insurance company.

Former mortgage customer here and never ever again. Representatives hardly ever seem to know what they're doing or how to help you without pulling in another person who just as much doesn't know or have the skills to even listen to what their customers actually want. Seems the brick and mortar store front is just a front. They lack customer service and never follow through on sending follow ups and emails. Even as a bank, their products are far from competitive and is very evident that the brokers just want the commission.
The “Other” Bank. Might as well use FinTech banks.
This is the best National Bank branch there is. They are very efficient and friendly. Dora and Lucy are the best; always very helpful.
