I am deeply concerned about the treatment of customers at this branch of National Bank. It has come to my attention that individuals are unfairly labeled and subjected to discrimination based on their skin color. I want to make it clear that the low stars has nothing to do with any of the staff. All the staff at the branch are wonderful and have been going above and beyond to accommodate me and make things happen for me and I appreciate that greatly. I’ve been very frustrated with the branch hours for a while but the final straw was today when I tried to withdraw cash at the atm at the branch and there was none.
