Imagine. Working a 6 hour day and then telling people to make an appointment to fill out basic paper work. 10-4??? Seriously??
I had a very disappointing experience at this branch with an advisor named Theresa. From the beginning, her attitude made me feel like I had done something wrong, even though I was simply there for assistance. At one point, she raised her voice and spoke to me in a way that felt aggressive and unprofessional. Instead of helping, it felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience or even an enemy. Horrible customer service. Steve Bennett was not helpful and no follow through. Steve is good at passing the buck to other departments while accomplishing nothing. Stay away from this branch!
