No time sense and no value given to customer’s time. I have reached bank by 6:20PM on Thursday but the closing time mentioned in site is 7PM. What the hell!! Effort spent to drove this location is wasted!! Minimum thing that bank should follow is time!! It would affect customer satisfaction and delay or disrupt financial needs. Worst customer service imaginable. Avoid this branch at all costs and drive the extra distance to get decent service.
I will be closing my account with national bank. I have had an account with them for over 15 years. They have just gotten worse and worse. Customer service, locations, and Hours. I was at this branch today to deposit money for rent and arrived at 4:05pm to which I was informed that the bank has closed (hours are until 5pm) for transactions. Absolutely joke of a bank. You'd be better of a TD, BMO, CIBC, RBC or burying your money in your backyard. Zero stars
Terrible hours, closes at 4pm and is only open until 6 one night of the week? I’ll be closing my car loan and taking my business elsewhere.
