Terrible hours, closes at 4pm and is only open until 6 one night of the week? I’ll be closing my car loan and taking my business elsewhere.
Terrible experience with this bank and their absolutely horrible service. Disabled my debit card and online banking without notice. No one can tell me anything but give me different phone numbers to their security team that I’ve never been able to contact. 4 hours on hold altogether so far without reaching anyone. 3 weeks now that it’s been like this and still no communication whatsoever. I live in Peterborough area have A NBC credit card for over 30 yrs had a problem now have to drive to Oshawa to get it fixed. Are they that cheap they can’t have a small branch in Peterborough or at least have one of their investment offices able to help. Almost 2 hrs on the phone jocking from one branch to another wait time was 20-30 min
Worst bank and service. They close early despite what their hours of operation state. I Cancelled my credit card 4 months ago and they are still allowing National Bank branded products (insurance, interests etc) to be posted to the card. They are late sending statements causing my credit to drop. No one on the telephone banking can help. I've cancelled the credit card three times now and they still allow charges. Run the other way. They barely care when you are a customer and even less when you're not.
I was planning to open a bank account with NBC but I want to read the reviews, I am so disappointed with the bad reviews almost all I read is one star, that's sad...and I am now having second thought if I would or would not. open with them. Meridian Bank is awesome, they have professional customer service and knows that they have expalined to you properly.. and very helpful, try it maybe you would have the best customer service. ever in your life.
