Good service and friendly employees.
I have recently opened a checking account online, had a meeting and was told everything was great and i could either pick up my debit card or have it mailed. I opted for pick up at branch. when i went inside to get my debit i was told by Theresa (i believe that’s her name) i could not receive a bank card untill i have my pay check deposit first she was extremely rude to me and the teller helping. Imagine. Working a 6 hour day and then telling people to make an appointment to fill out basic paper work. 10-4??? Seriously??
I had a very disappointing experience at this branch with an advisor named Theresa. From the beginning, her attitude made me feel like I had done something wrong, even though I was simply there for assistance. At one point, she raised her voice and spoke to me in a way that felt aggressive and unprofessional. Instead of helping, it felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience or even an enemy. Worst branch. Worst staff. Completely unacceptable experience. Don’t wast your time going into this branch and expect help of any kind.
