Horrible customer service. Steve Bennett was not helpful and no follow through. Steve is good at passing the buck to other departments while accomplishing nothing. Stay away from this branch!
Worst branch ever, they don't answer calls during business hours, zero customer service skills and uncalled for rudeness in person. A very unwelcoming atmosphere! If they want to keep potential clients away mission accomplished!
No time sense and no value given to customer’s time. I have reached bank by 6:20PM on Thursday but the closing time mentioned in site is 7PM. What the hell!! Effort spent to drove this location is wasted!! Minimum thing that bank should follow is time!! It would affect customer satisfaction and delay or disrupt financial needs.
