Avoid the short bigger lady if you can, super rude, talks to you in extreme absolutes even when she's wrong. I just wanted to know a simple thing and she's like "nope that's impossible!" but it was very possible.

I've been banking here for a very long time. The staff are great and I've had no issues. The transactional service hours could be better but I'm assuming that's a head office decision and not at the branch level.
Had a fantastic experience at this branch with Fereshteh! She were professional, knowledgeable, and made everything easy to understand. Highly recommend for great financial guidance!
