Worst place ever. Never deal with them. Horrible attitude
Why one star. Should be 0 Contacting anyone for a simple question about a car loan I paid in full July still shows me having a balance at the amount I paid in full to 0$ . It still shows on my credit report to this last day of Sept. I cannot resell my vehicle until it shows 0 Balance. I cannot contact a human. Until I post a 1 star. Soon I will get a faster response than a phone.

Avoid the short bigger lady if you can, super rude, talks to you in extreme absolutes even when she's wrong. I just wanted to know a simple thing and she's like "nope that's impossible!" but it was very possible.
