I am writing this on behalf of my father, who does not use Google Reviews. He visited this branch to open an account with National Bank, as it is conveniently located within walking distance of our home. What should have been a simple and routine process turned into a frustrating and unacceptable experience. He was turned away without any clear, reasonable, or properly explained justification. I was transferring $20,000 from my own account at National Bank to TD. Just that one transaction took an entire hour. They kept having to check with their supervisors, asking why I was transferring the money, where the money came from, and even called TD to ask whether I had previously transferred money from TD to National Bank. I was honestly losing my mind. I’ve transferred even larger amounts out of TD before, and it took five minutes. I really don’t understand this at all.

I can't share words, lots of bad things to tell open close time, always wait longer time, customer service is poorly maintained, call center waiting longer time, they telling me what should do with my money, I will close my account, I will never recommend,

Very sad to see sixth largest bank of Canada but for the services its worst . I deal with mccowen /14 th location and they close 2 pm for customer over the counter . They don’t answer the phone , called so many times but they don’t answer. Staff has very little knowledge Met branch manager she is good but and staff is very rude . Please keep up with timing and hire more staff for day to day banking .
