Really the worst of all NBC branches. Every other branch is better except this. They will need a 1000 proofs even though they know you personally and will keep on asking for more besides not delivering your service or the poorer of the poorest service. I wish I could give 0 stars. Totally not recommended visiting this branch at all. Never!!
Worst bank (not sure about other branches) in the banking industry, blocking access to use my own funds for 2 weeks after letting them know I have a large amount of funds coming in. (2 notices) They replaced my debit card without my permission. Waited for a debit card with my name to come in the mail for 2 weeks. Also, had called head office and put a block on my account the moment I called into the branch. Zero stars. Don’t recommend. Felt very discriminated.

I actually had a pretty good experience at this location . Had a young teller (did not catch his name) help me get my debit card fixed. He was very efficient and polite .
The worst teller we have met in Canada. They are cheating us for open the account for free monthly charges. When I receive the payment is most higher account$30 for month , witch i have never use it. Don't come here again.
