zero stars. went in there to get a bill checked for legality, wouldnt service me unless i was a customer. didn't dawn on the lady i am a potential future customer. this is garbage service. money is money and a bank is a bank. every bank supposed to take legal or not legal tender. will never bank with this company now. kudos. smh

Lazy staffs at this bank always make excuses based on their useless policies to avoid helping clients.
Bank went on to threaten to close my account due to me accepting a friends et n trying to pin me as some crook, then they don’t even close my account so it goes under with random bank fees. only noticed when i received a statement even tho they said they were gonna close my account but they didn’t so i forgot about it till then n had to go in to a branch to close it
