Absolute garbage service. There is this teller who is extremely rude and unprofessional. Super rudeness is maybe a part of her job description and duty. No wonder why people are not happy with this bank. When you go there to get a draft for your cheques and now you are told that if you are not willing to wait 1-2 hours then they will give the draft a day later. Best customer service for in branch tellers. Other locations have been nothing but rude and arrogant.
I'm a long-time customer of this bank and I'm deeply disappointed with the recent changes to their business hours. They no longer open on weekends and have limited hours on Thursdays until 6 pm, which is extremely inconvenient. It's nearly impossible for me to visit the bank and take care of important transactions without sacrificing work hours. Worst service for investment banking I’ve ever encountered. Their mobile app is also full of bugs and technical issues persist. My advisor also pushed through mortgage insurance when I verbally and in writing-declined. It was only after a month that I noticed their exorbitant costs being stolen from my account. I have had excellent service at this branch. It has been recently renovated and all staff have been very helpful. If you are doing anything with mortgages then Laura Gray is who you want to see there. She provides exceptional top-notch service, always is responsive and timely in her communications, and is a pleasure to work with.
