Online services are always down. When ever i need to make a transaction online. I cant. Every last time i need to get something done. I cant due to there services always being down. I will never reccommend this bank to anyone. And i will be changing banks as i have had enough of this crap
Hands down, NBC as a whole is the worst bank I have to deal with. After the closure of their branch in Orillia, this branch has now become our branch. NBC toll-free number requires significant time out of your day just to reach someone who will tell you "they can not do anything, you must reach out to your branch." I have reached out to the branch multiple times since the switch and have yet to hear back. I solved previous issues on my own. Always seems to be a issue there. If you want to make a withdrawal they ask what you want the money for, if your making a deposit they need 2 pieces of ID, had the account there and kept thinking I should move it...finally did and was way happier elsewhere
