The manager at this branch is very rude and doesn't know how to talk to people. I was with the teller and I was on the phone with the security department (it was on low) and the manager thinks that I was disturbing other people. She needs to be trained better to deal with the public

It says the bank closes at 5pm and I got there at 4:40 and everyone was gone. This is unacceptable.
