Every difficult to deal with. Impossible by phone. I’m leaving this bank
It says the bank closes at 5pm and I got there at 4:40 and everyone was gone. This is unacceptable.
Booked an appointment to open a USD account. Brandon helped me out and he was very efficient. He took the time to explain everything to me and was very knowledgeable. He answered all the questions that I had. I've had my account with NBDB for more than a year now but this is the first time I've been to a National Bank location and I'm very happy with the customer service so far.
Hours of operation are posted on the door. Neither google nor the NBC website are updated. Closed at 3 PM on a Tuesday…
