Adam was very helpful..he went above and beyond to explain everything..I am very satisfied with the service I got today at National Bank
Zero stars if possible. Couldn't get a simple bank draft because it's not home branch. For every problem the solution is home branch. I also wanted a cheque and the front desk was insisting me to do it in the application. I gave them the application and they had no clue how to order it. When I am physically present at the bank why should I do it online? Simple question on how to change my home branch and the answer is go to your home branch and they will answer it.

This week, I went into the branch to manage an urgent matter with an account I have at National Bank. Aliya was extremely helpful and understood that I needed things handled promptly. It was really nice to see her effort and friendliness. Overall, it was a great and very helpful experience!
