The place is a ghost town, both from a customer and employee perspective, and after dealing with the staff here, it’s not difficult to understand why. Adam was very helpful..he went above and beyond to explain everything..I am very satisfied with the service I got today at National Bank
Zero stars if possible. Couldn't get a simple bank draft because it's not home branch. For every problem the solution is home branch. I also wanted a cheque and the front desk was insisting me to do it in the application. I gave them the application and they had no clue how to order it. When I am physically present at the bank why should I do it online? Simple question on how to change my home branch and the answer is go to your home branch and they will answer it.

This week, I went into the branch to manage an urgent matter with an account I have at National Bank. Aliya was extremely helpful and understood that I needed things handled promptly. It was really nice to see her effort and friendliness. Overall, it was a great and very helpful experience!
