This week, I went into the branch to manage an urgent matter with an account I have at National Bank. Aliya was extremely helpful and understood that I needed things handled promptly. It was really nice to see her effort and friendliness. Overall, it was a great and very helpful experience!

I visited this branch to ask about making some loan adjustments due to a temporary financial situation. Unfortunately, the manager I spoke with was very rude and dismissive. She didn’t show any understanding or willingness to help, and her attitude felt arrogant and unprofessional. I expected more respect and support from a bank manager. One more times ? Never !! Go call phone banking don’t go this baking branch
