Terrible experience. It has been 10 days since I opened my bank account and I still haven't even been given a client card to access my account or online banking. I opened my account online via a video call and was told to visit in person to get my client/debit card. This branch perfectly captures everything that is wrong with National Bank. The place is a ghost town, both from a customer and employee perspective, and after dealing with the staff here, it’s not difficult to understand why. Every interaction feels painfully outdated, inefficient, and unnecessarily complicated. What should be simple banking transactions somehow become frustrating exercises in bureaucracy.
