Always have the worst experience with national bank. The google map shows the bank open till 7:00pm. However, when I arrive at 6:00pm to get the bank drafts, the tellers told me the transaction is closed. It is not my first time facing this issue with NBC. There was one time the branch manager left earlier and no one can sign it. There is another time I arrived and got told that the tellers only works for half day in DT branch.

They don't pick up the phone. That doesn't work in a communication business
I had an appointment and spoke with someone on the phone beforehand. When I went in, the staff couldn't answer my questions, and the whole visit was a waste of time.
