Very helpful staff both at the branch and when doing a virtual call. They take the time to answer questions, and this is very much appreciated.
I would give them zero stars if i could. The worst national bank branch in the city. I had to come pick up a draft, made 3 trips to the bank but everytime they made an excuse and wouldn’t help me. Its 30 minute drive from my home. The workers there are soo lazy that they don’t wanna help the customers.
