Great and fast service from Sofia; came in to get one thing done and also had an outstanding issue resolved in less time than it usually takes for the first item!
Decent service when you go in person, but try to call, forget it. They pick up the phone...never. And calls get returned, maybe next day, sometimes they don't.
My wife and I drove an hour and a half to the closest National Bank branch to resolve an issue with our account. When we arrived the teller was immediately available and greeted us with a smile and professional demeanour. We informed the teller that we wanted to close our account that was dormant for over a year but administration charges were still being applied. I have booked appointment for 15th July (2 weeks ago) and I took a day off because I worked in Montreal. I got called 30min prior appointment saying we need to cancel it. Worst people and bank.
It's time for an updated review. When the area manager noticed that I had downgraded my review earlier this year he reached out to me to apologize. He was genuinely concerned to hear about our experience and even provided himself as a contact for any future issues. I have since reached out to my new contact for help in opening a new account.
