Staff have no idea what they’re doing. Management needs to be trained on how to understand their own procedures.I Have now gone 2 times for an appointment not being told which correct paperwork to bring for a very simple account update. I have never seen a branch misuse customers precious time.
Our banking advisor, Anjali, is very knowledgeable and an asset to National Bank. Anjali went above and beyond to help my brother with his banking needs. Although we had multiple questions, yet Anjali stayed calm and answered all our queries without any delays. Thank you so much! :)
The tellers working here have been great. I've even been approached while waiting in line to be personally helped with my banking. Don't let the 1 star ratings persuade you, I'm sure they are one side of the story.
I've been coming to this branch since November, and the staff has always been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I recently transferred my home mortgage from another bank, and I highly recommend working with Ravi, he made the entire process smooth and stress-free
