National bank is the worst bank in the world hands down, from someone who has banked in several parts of the world. I signed up with them about 9 years ago because they had an offer, fulfilled all requirements and they denied me the money, saying my name didn't show that I signed up for the offer. Since then, it has been hell. They are not not my primary or secondary bank. I would never be so foolish to trust them when I need a bank the most. Probably the worst workers working here, When I originally wanted to sign up the First Lady tried to claim I’m a scammer when I provided everything she needed. Whenever I come by to deposits or withdraw they claim the stores closed way earlier than their actual timing.
Angeli was very calm and patient with us. She was really welcoming and helpful.
This bank it says that close at 5pm,that is wrong,is at 4pm,not good!!!
