This is my branch i go to all the time, but today i went it for rent purposes and they tell me the branch system is down. They have no contact with head office and cant do anything in branch. Its so fustrating especially when you cant get a time when it should be up running and rent is due tomorrow.
The bank's official hours are 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but it seems this branch closes earlier at the manager's discretion. I arrived at 4:30 PM, well before the posted closing time, but the security guard refused to let me enter. I asked to speak with the manager, but the manager never came out. If customers are not allowed to enter after 4:00 PM, the branch should clearly communicate that instead of advertising hours until 5:00 PM.
