I ordered a Ziroli P-61 full kit. some pieces were miscut and some missing. This is a complex kit. I contacted National Balsa and they re-cut the pieces and provided the missing pieces at no charge. This is a company that cares about its customers and goes the extra mile to make things right. I strongly recommend this company.
RecommendedI ordered a small lumber yard for the purpose of reproducing a couple old giant scale airplane kits. I have ordered from National in the past but it's been more than 10yrs. Like many folks, life sometimes forces a break from hobbies. Great company, awesome customer service and excellent material packaged nicely when received. Orders do take longer during their busy season, but its understandable as they are one of the last balsa companies standing. Will continue to use National Balsa!
