I ordered a Ziroli P-61 full kit. some pieces were miscut and some missing. This is a complex kit. I contacted National Balsa and they re-cut the pieces and provided the missing pieces at no charge. This is a company that cares about its customers and goes the extra mile to make things right. I strongly recommend this company.
Great company, awesome customer service and excellent material packaged nicely when received. Orders do take longer during their busy season, but its understandable as they are one of the last balsa companies standing. Will continue to use National Balsa!
They were incredibly unhelpful. They couldn't understand a simple laser cutting request and in the end were rude and dismissive.
