This trader is not trustworthy. We put down a car holding deposit under the understanding it would be refunded in full if we do not take the car. We first verbally said we liked the car but did not sign anything, and retracted within 24 h for personal reasons. So well within a legal 3 day cooling down period. We had to threaten to tell consumer affairs to get a part back - 1% sales price. Here they did not consider the trade in value, which was half.
