This is the first time I've ever written a bad review for any small business; however, this review must be written. My daughter is a Senior at SFAU and brought her car to the National Automotive Shop in Nacogdoches, TX for some engine trouble. She brought the car by the shop on the Thursday before Memorial Day weekend. It took them 15 days to fix the car with no calls in the meantime to manage our expectations on the cars timeline for being fixed. The employees don’t know how to communicate with coworkers as well as clients and totally lied to me when I addressed their mistakes! Dishonesty is never a good business practice. Thoroughly upset after dealing with them. Unprofessional and flat out rude.
