class N471. this was an amazing class. I thought I knew a lot about the financial side of the business, this class quickly taught me that i dont, but also very quickly taught me what to look for/how to understand it. Highly recommend
What a week! Heather and NADA were such a great team, not to mention so "SMART" with how they walked us through the financials week. I would definitely recommend this class to any GM that maybe doesn't know the ins & outs of the financial statement to FIXED guys trying to advance their careers. "Mark has transformed our Parts class into the most engaging and enjoyable class we've ever experienced! His motto, that the Parts department is the sexiest department in any dealership, truly comes to life in his teachings. Class N468 was always on time—not because we had to be, but because we genuinely looked forward to each session. To be honest I had my share of doubt when I got there for week 2, also known as, Parts Week... All that went away as soon as Mark walked in through the door, his energy is intoxicating his professionalism is unsurpassable, the way he commands the classroom like no other, in a nutshell, he embodies what NADA is trying to do: make us better Managers/leaders ...Thank you SOOOOO much Mark for being YOU!!!!
This week long training was quoted as "Best week ever". I can not agree strongly enough. Mark and Brian were a tag team duo of interactive training like I have not experienced before. Aside from being nice guys, they were also engaging and entertaining. Furthermore, Mark and Brian were not just instructors who were practiced in their curriculum. They lived it.
