Needed a drive belt for a wheel balancer, seemingly the only supplier of it in North America. Asked to pay to ship to Canada and was met with a resounding no, despite my willingness to pay whatever costs necessary.

Bought from National Auto Tools a lift & they sent us the wrong one. We are out $800 of costs incurred due to renting another lift to return the wrong lift they sent us. They took weeks to pick it up that also affected our business because the lift was obstructing one of our other machines. They were very unprofessional & at first it seemed they were going to reimburse us since they could not themselves rent a machine to put the lift back on the truck to return the product. These guys are Great. Ian from Columbus and Bud from Texas. I bought two 4-post lifts - they worked with me on price, got loaded up and left with two quality car lifts. No Problems with assembly. Bought the short lift and standard - see pics!!!
