Older couple that needed to replace infotainment unit in our 10 year old Town & Country van. The National Auto store in Independence had a great selection of quality units and they demonstrated each of them for us. No sales pressure just very informal presentation. Ben was very knowledgeable and gave us great advise. Would go back if I need any additional electronics.
I’ve visited this place on 3 different occasions and I’ve had an issue every time And those visits were years apart, which is why I returned thinking that I would have better luck considering there aren’t a ton of places around that provide those need. They do not stand behind their work at all, they will break things on accident and tell you it was like that before.
