A respectful agent, informative patient cooperative.
Your company is completely bogus. To be hit by one of your drivers and have my car destroyed and not willing to help the driver that your customer hit is completely unacceptable. Even after police reports and photos submitted was still treated poorly an no help has been given. I have 3 children and live 45 minutes from my job for you all to keep telling me u have no answers for me even after proof was submitted the proper way. What a joke of an insurance company to not help people when they truly need it the most
