I called up the auto group to get a second opinion on my car and it saved me thousands! They correctly diagnosed my car with a faulty water pump system instead of a faulty supercharge as other garages had done and were very helpful and knowledgeable over the phone. We had considered scrapping the car but thanks to Jaime and all his team I’m back on the road and the car is working great! Really appreciate the work you guys did big thanks!
The team at National Auto Group are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and transparent. They fixed a major oil leak in my Renault Captur at a fraction of the cost I was quoted at Essendon Renault. Was able to have a frank conversation about the repair and the state of my vehicle. I will be going back to them for all my servicing and repairs in future.
