I went to the National Auto Glass website to get a quote and Ray called back within an hour or so to discuss cost and timing. An appointment was set up for Wed 12-3pm and the technician came within the time frame (1:46pm). He did the work and replaced the windshield. However, when he was done, he informed me that he had lost the screw to our rear-view mirror. We spend 30-45 minutes looking for this screw but with no luck. Location does not exist here anymore but there is another auto glass shop here. National auto glass seems to not want to remove their listing from this location

Fair price and very responsive to my questions. They completed the work quickly and with no fuss. They are mobile so it worked well.

Unfortunately, I found National Auto Glass to have poor communication skills and poor customer service. On the day I requested service, I called around 11:52am to inquire about their mobile service for a smashed passenger window. The receptionist told me that they could fix it that same day, and that someone would arrive at 4:30pm. They asked me to text my address to a different phone number.
