Patri_k Hana_hy / Paddy Group / National Australia Maintenance / National Formwork are all scam companies and Patrick is a fraud! Do yourself a favour and do not go ahead with any of these companies. We only wish we saw these reviews before. From the day he started the job he started creating new false jobs and started asking for more money for things already agreed before. Unfortunately, my experience with Paddy Group or National Australia Maintenance was nothing short of a nightmare. The owner, Patrick Hanaphy, is a complete con artist who should be avoided at all costs. I made the mistake of trusting him and giving him a deposit for some work that needed to be done, but it was a huge mistake. Dealt with Paddy Hanaphy on Facebook. Delivered half the goods, not the rest. Always an excuse as to where the rest is and weeks between responses. Now he has vanished, no partial refund and not answering messages. Every dog has its day they say, hopefully some sooner than others.
I don't even know where to begin with the lack of organisation and commitment to do our yard works. Now fighting to get a deposit back after waiting for a site inspection and to begin works for 3 months. LESS THAN ONE STAR. I wish I read the reviews first!!!
If I could give negative stars I would. Beware of this company, especially the director, Patrick Hanaphy. I have reported them through the appropriate channels. Especially if you are female, do not engage with him. He is a liar and is very unprofessional and unreliable. He possibly put myself and my children in danger by asking people in a shop to come and paint my house and not use his own staff as I thought was happening. They were complete strangers who worked their own jobs and could only come at night and on a Saturday.... read more
