Wade and the team at National Audio Video have been extremely kind, friendly and knowledgeable to work with. We had a turntable with significant sentimental value that was damaged in shipping which rendered it non functional. They worked to diagnose the areas in need of care, source parts (despite the turntable being out of production) and found a way to get it running beautifully again.
