I've taken some of the BCSP certifications but so far I'm liking NASP much more overall. BCSP was first but NASP has higher quality training, better customer service and more benefits for members.

As a member of NASP I'm proud to say they've delivered for me. They answered all my questions and helped me prepare for these courses and certifications. They do a great job in responding immediately and their certifications are very helpfull in the workplace for not only the knowledge foundation but also I believe one can increase their salary by potentially $20,000 by taking their top level courses. Thank you very much NASP.

When I first entered the site on NASP I was very skeptical. I know BCSP is their main competitor and at the time jobs would only care about BCSP certifications. However, as time has gone on more jobs are wanting to see NASP certs as well. Also, from my experience after taking both top-level certifications in Safety from both BCSP and NASP I believe NASP's certificates are more job relevant, and the training really prepares you for most the things you will face on the job. NASP has helped me dramatically over the years as I've built up my skills and knowledge foundation. I'm forever blessed and thankfull for their training courses. Their customer service has been outstanding as well. I look forward to taking their upper level courses and I just became a member. I would highly reccomend their courses and certifications for anyone who wishes to become a safety professional.
