Reed is a great manager and person. Although, under my circumstance I didn’t use their program and requested a refund, I do recommend them solely on customer care and reviewing their products. It is rare to find a person behind their product. I would definitely get in touch with their sales department if you’re looking to advance your knowledge and see what they can do for you.
