Terrible Service – National Appliance came out to our home twice to fix our two Bosch dishwashers and they have never worked properly since. After replacing a pump and motor, the rinse cycle appears to be malfunctioning, as all my glasses and dishes come out with a white soapy film all over them. National Appliance was Great – I just had National Appliance out to fix my washer that stopped mid cycle. I called around and noone could come sameday service except for National Appliance. The technician showed up on time and I was worried that he would have to order apart just like A and E had to do when my washer broke down last time. Not only was he knowledgable but he also stocked the part needed on his truck and was able to get me up and running that day which is very important to me since I have a family of five. Look Out.. – Word of mouth is out on these cheats. Two different neighbors called Nat'l Appliance one for a refrigerator and the other for a washer repair. Both had issues with the poor customer service and felt overcharged. One neighbor reported unneeded parts installed while the other had to replace his washer after paying over $200 service that failed to fix the probelm.
