Communication was slow and inconsistent. When speaking on the phone to order and book the installation of a showerscreen the lady told my partner their walk-in customers took priority (website said showroom was closed). A paying customer is a paying customer. The installers appeared to rush, they didn't want to speak to us even when we had questions.
