Communication was slow and inconsistent. When speaking on the phone to order and book the installation of a showerscreen the lady told my partner their walk-in customers took priority (website said showroom was closed). A paying customer is a paying customer. The installers appeared to rush, they didn't want to speak to us even when we had questions. They are impossible to get compliance certificates from. Do not use if you need an OC for your place.
We purchased several items for our home renovations. They were friendly and easy to work with. We were able to return unused but opened items without any issues.
