Good training and support throughout my career in property management, thanks to the NAA.
I have always thought the NAA has provided so many great tools in so many areas. The education that you provide and develop, help workers in all the different field in this industry. We handled the aides scare. We can handle this Ebola scare by education so that we may prepare our workers but also our residents. Just in the DFW area there have been 3 different communities affected so we are a little behind already. But I do believe there is nothing too big for NAA.
