This place was amazing starting from the nurse that admits, down to the discharge. Very courteous, caring staff. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. I would recommend this for your endoscopic procedure.
Best Experience! Highly recommend! This facility appears to be new, or it has been maintained to the highest standards. It is clean and aesthetically pleasing. I am very particular and didn't see one thing that I would want to change or improve. Most importantly, the staff was extremely professional, caring and light-hearted. What a beautiful, clean facility! I felt so comfortable and in great hands
This is by far the best experience I have ever had in an outpatient surgical setting. Every person I encountered from the minute I walked in the door was very friendly and professional . The nurses were exceptional in their care, compassion and expertise. I never felt left in a "holding area"...the nurses and physician checked in on me continuously ~ explaining everything that was going on, what to expect and made sure I was comfortable.
