I was hired by this company to be Program Manager on a Govt. contract in NJ. Compared to other security companies out there, this is a great outfit. In the two and a half years I worked for them, they were always responsive to problems and there was never a problem with support. This company is a joke – This company treats their guards and employees like slaves. They only pay minimum wage. They don't offer any benefits. The uniforms are old. They don't issue bullet proof vests when they are supposed to provide them. They don't pay us on time. They promise raises that we never got. I worked there for 2 years and never got a raise.
