The West Ashley office is very unprofessional. I was there for over 4 hours to get simple allergy tests. It was an hour and a half before I saw the intake person. The doctor (Dr. Gerber) did not make eye contact nor did she explain things adequately. There was a prescription that was supposed to be called in to my pharmacy and it was not. I had to request it twice. I do not trust the diagnosis and will get a second opinion. I will not be back. Do not recommend
