My wife and I were very disappointed today with National Air Technologies. We own a townhome in Kitsilano, where National Air was scheduled to clean our dryer ducts, along with 80 other units in our building. They started on the top floor and would end with the townhomes on the ground floor last. As they never worked at our building before, they couldn't give us an idea when they might complete the work at our unit. rude and inconsiderate employees. did not have a good experience interacting with them. I found one of the employees sleeping in the cube van with the van running for at least 2 hours. hopefully strata doesn't use them again. would not recommend
Terrible experience. Our apartment strata paid this company to clean the dryer vents. They came for an inspection and claimed they needed to return to complete the cleaning. While on site, they were polite and told me they would be back the following Monday. They even wrote a note and took down my phone number. However, Monday came and went, and they never showed up.
