****Update**** I’m happy to say that I was contacted by the service manager Chris today. He asked me what had happened and I explained the situation to him. He immediately told me he’d rectify the situation. Within the hour he was on scene and fixed the problem. I can’t speak highly enough about Chris! It’s not just he took care of the problem, it was the manner he did it extremely polite, friendly and professional! He is a credit to the company,5 plus star service! Strata had a service done in our condo. My tenant informed me that the venting hose had fallen off. When I took it up with National Air Technologies they said it was my fault because there was no clamp on the top of the venting hose only duct tape. Firstly, I’ve owned this unit for 9 years and never had an issue until their cleaning! Secondly,I told them maybe the clamp had fallen off and is in back of the dryer. Their solution was for me to pay a service call to have someone come out for minimum $248!!! This is terrible cus... read more
Strata had National Air clean our drier vents from the roof tops. Upon their cleaning mine debris fell into the dryer which could be heard when the dryer was turned on. It sounded like sand and stones knocking in the drum. Moments after their cleaning I told the service person onsite who then inspected the noise. He contacted his office and they sent over two service techs within the hour. They were polite, handled my appliances with care, and solved the problem. Thank you.
We recently had our air ducts cleaned and couldn’t be happier with the service. Erick was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough from start to finish. He took the time to walk us through everything he was doing and explained in detail the issues he found, as well as what may have caused them.
