rude and inconsiderate employees. did not have a good experience interacting with them. I found one of the employees sleeping in the cube van with the van running for at least 2 hours. hopefully strata doesn't use them again. would not recommend
Terrible experience. Our apartment strata paid this company to clean the dryer vents. They came for an inspection and claimed they needed to return to complete the cleaning. While on site, they were polite and told me they would be back the following Monday. They even wrote a note and took down my phone number. However, Monday came and went, and they never showed up.
