Gabriel came to clean our dryer duct and we brought to his attention that our outdoor vent required maintenance. He was great, he came back the very next day, first thing in the morning and fixed it!
I chose this company because they were familiar with our building, had serviced our unit previously, and were recommended through our strata. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Before booking, I specifically asked whether a consultation or assessment appointment was required first and was told it was not necessary. During the service visit, the technicians later determined that roof access was required to complete the work, resulting in a second appointment and additional charges.
