Terrible experience. I hired National Air Technologies following a Strata-organized dryer vent service. The technician reported a hole in the flexible hose and advised replacement. When they returned, it turned out there was no hole, only a loose clamp, which cost $5 to fix. Despite this, I was still charged a $230 service call for a visit that resulted from their own incorrect assessment. Really poor service.
We had this company work at our multi-suite complex in Port Moody today and they were incredible! A thorough, hardworking team and let me tell you - they worked hard and did a perfect, professional job!
My wife and I were very disappointed today with National Air Technologies. We own a townhome in Kitsilano, where National Air was scheduled to clean our dryer ducts, along with 80 other units in our building. They started on the top floor and would end with the townhomes on the ground floor last. As they never worked at our building before, they couldn't give us an idea when they might complete the work at our unit.
