I have called these people number times over the last 3 weeks & I get asked by receptionist to leave messages but no one gets back to me. Would rate 0 stars if I could
One star because there is no option to give zero ! Pathetic service !! I'm so sorry for whoever is stuck with them because of the builder's choice!
Very bad equipment's , service and technicians .. Totally lack integrity with work & very lethargic. Wish there was an option to go for 0 stars. I had to go to them as my builder had them for installation.
My brand new townhouse AC was down. I tried calling them probably 20 times and finally someone from service picked up. They told me it will take a week for someone to come even though it was 30+ degrees. I understand it takes time for scheduling so next week it is. Now on the day of the schedule appointment they said they will come 8-12 in the morning. No one came and I called at 12:30 they said there was an accident on the highway and they will come for sure.
