Excellent service! Our air conditioner stopped working on the hottest day of the year, and even though they were fully booked, Jennifer went above and beyond to get someone to our home right away. Jennifer provided outstanding customer service, and the technician was prompt and professional. I really appreciate the extra effort and highly recommend this company!
My AC broke and they sent the service guy the day I called and he fixed it.
Disappointing after-sales support. The Lennox A/C installed in my new home had a compressor failure after only 18 months. Lennox confirmed the part is covered under the 5-year warranty, but National Air only supports the first year and has been unresponsive. I expected better support from the installer.
2 guys showed up and in an hour had the fireplace looking like brand new and working great again. Thanks for the service!
