Tom was prompt and knowledgable about all things HVAC. He and his team did a thorough inspection of the unit before giving us his diagnosis. His prices are fair and he was honest about the maintenance of our unit.
This guy is a racist scammer - completely misdiagnosed my issue and tried to sell me $800 worth of work that didn’t even cover the actual problem - he also refused to tell me what work he would actually do. He proceeded to tell me “you taught me a lesson not to trust your people” like half of houston isn’t brown. I actually don’t know what the hell this guy is thinking throwing his business reputation in the trash over $49 of horrible work.
