Scott helped me at the front desk, and was very unpleasant. Told me my room would be $84 after taxes, and proceeded to charge me $90. Didn't tell me how to find my room, so it took me forever to find it. Very bad attitude and service.
El lugar en si es bueno, lo que no me dejo inconforme es el servicio, no te hacen el cuarto a diario, no sacan la basura no cambian toallas ni sabanas y no dejan bolsas extras para basura.
The service is great very friendly and helpful to make sure we had everything that we needed at all times I really like how they make sure everything was on the up and up around seems like there was not a lot of riff Raff they are very professional about what they do thank you national nine for helping me feel like I was at home
