We stayed at their hotel in Pricd, UT. While not the lap of luxury, this motel checked almost all of the boxes for a comfortable stay, enough so that extended our stay from one night to two. It is clean, has comfortable beds, the hot water water is hot, and the complimentary breakfast was comparable to others. It also had all the amenities listed on the website. I’ve stayed many times at National 9 in Price. It’s been decent. I stayed a couple of days ago and if they had told me before hand that it was now a government paid flop house, I would have found a different hotel. The receptionist informed me of this in the morning when I was checking out and letting her know how I felt about my stay. My room was gross, microwave was disgusting and I chose not to take a shower for fear of fungi. Made a reservation through the National 9 Price website. It was the only motel in Price due to a sporting event, and when we arrived, the motel could not find my reservation. I showed him the confirmation email; still couldn’t find it. We were stuck in Price with no options. I would not recommend this chain at all - at the very least, call once you’ve made your “reservation” to make sure they’re actually holding a room for you.

We stayed at national 9 in Nephi last night that was the worst room ever. There were ants all over, squished dead bugs on the wall. We couldn't take a shower this morning because the tub was just gross Advertised WiFi and there was none and breakfast was terrible. It is giving you a bad name and we will never stay at one again
