I have got to stay at this location as I had to cancel my reservation, but in order to get to staff for cancellation, it truly was an awful experience. The front end staff unfortunately acted unprofessionally and rudely when I called in to cancel. They were discerning and simply made the process a lot harder than its suppose to be! I was told that apparently only a manager can authorize a cancellation and the manager never seemed to be around! When I left my contact with the front desk, I was never called back.
