This rant by the adoption "professional" does not describe my husband's and my experience with Nathanson Adoption. We had a really nice social worker, and found the agency to be very professional and accommodating.
Gosh, this doesn't make sense to me. My agency specifically recommended Nathanson for my homestudy, and we were very pleased with their service. I recommend them highly.

I am an adoption professional. I have worked in this field for over 17 years and in all that time I have never worked with a more uncooperative agency than Nathanson. Nathanson is not a Hague accredited agency. Non Hague accredited agencies can do certain parts of an international adoption (such as the home study) but they must have their work reviewed and signed off on by a Hague accredited agency.
